Every Pound Makes a Difference
Whilst furniture donations are at the heart of what we do, monetary donations allow us to support the less visible—but equally important—costs of running Necessary Furniture, from keeping our vans on the road and the lights on in our warehouse to funding new community projects and helping families in times of crisis.
As a predominantly self-funded charity, we simply cannot afford to give everything away for free. Any additional support means we can continue to help those who need us most and tackle the very real issue of furniture poverty within our communities.
Your donation could provide:
£5 – Art materials and a cup of tea for someone attending one of our free community workshops.
£10 – A chair for someone to sit on to eat their dinner.
£20 – Kitchen equipment for a family of 4.
